# SMS Terms & Conditions

Inline Concrete Estimate & Appointment Updates. Last updated September 15, 2026.

These terms apply to the text messages Inline Concrete LLC sends to homeowners who have asked us for an estimate and agreed to receive them.

## Program name

Inline Concrete Estimate & Appointment Updates.

## What we send

-   A link to review the details of your inquiry and add your email address, so we can send your estimate to the right place.
-   Your estimate.
-   Appointment confirmations and reminders.
-   Day-before and day-of arrival notices.
-   Follow-up about the work we discussed.

We do not send promotions, advertising, or messages about anything other than your own project.

## How to sign up

There are two ways to join, and both require you to confirm by text:

-   **Online.** Check the consent box on our [text sign-up form](https://inlineconcrete.com/text/) or on our [free estimate form](https://inlineconcrete.com/contact/) and enter your mobile number.
-   **By phone.** Tell our automated assistant yes when it asks whether you would like your estimate and appointment reminders by text.

Either way, we then send you one message asking you to reply **YES** to confirm. **We send nothing else until you reply YES.** If you never reply, you will not receive messages from this program.

## Which number messages come from

Automated messages come from **612-493-0277**. That is different from [612-275-4086](tel:+16122754086), the number you call or text to reach us directly — so don't be surprised when your estimate arrives from a number you haven't seen before. Both numbers belong to Inline Concrete.

## Message frequency

Message frequency varies with the stage of your project. A typical project involves a handful of messages: confirming your details, your estimate, an appointment reminder, an arrival notice, and a follow-up.

## Cost

**Message and data rates may apply.** We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

## Consent is not a condition of purchase

You never have to agree to text messages to get an estimate or hire us. Decline, and we will email and call you exactly as we always have.

## How to stop messages

Reply **STOP** to any message from 612-493-0277. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. You can rejoin at any time by replying **START** or by signing up again.

## Supported carriers

Messages are supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
