Inline Concrete LLC ("Inline Concrete," "we," "us") is an owner-operated concrete leveling and void filling company in Champlin, Minnesota. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you request an estimate — through the form on this site, by phone, by text, or in person — we collect the information you provide. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, service address, a description of the concrete work you need, your timeline, and how you heard about us.

Phone calls

We use an automated answering assistant to take calls we cannot answer in person. Calls handled by the assistant are recorded and transcribed so we have an accurate record of what you asked for. You are told at the start of the call that you are speaking with an automated assistant and that the call is recorded. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up and text or email us instead.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, and the pages you view. We use this in aggregate to improve the site. You can block these cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on.

How we use your information

  • To contact you about your estimate request and schedule a visit.
  • To prepare, send, and follow up on your estimate.
  • To confirm appointments and let you know when we are on the way.
  • To perform the work, invoice for it, and handle any warranty questions.
  • To keep records required for our business, licensing, and insurance.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to market anything other than our own concrete services to people who asked us about concrete work.

Text messaging

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number to send service messages about your project: a link to review and complete the details of your inquiry, your estimate, appointment confirmations and reminders, day-before and day-of arrival notices, and follow-up about the work we discussed.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us. Message frequency varies with the stage of your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it to do their job:

  • Website and form hosting — to receive and store what you submit.
  • Telephone and messaging providers — to place and receive calls and text messages.
  • Our field-service software — to build and send estimates and manage scheduling.
  • Analytics — as described above.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. We never sell your personal information, and we never share mobile opt-in data as described above.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests, call recordings and transcripts, and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, licensing, and insurance obligations. Records of your text-message consent and of any opt-out are kept for as long as we are required to be able to prove them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting who can access it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.
  • Ask us to correct or delete your information by calling or emailing us.
  • Block analytics cookies in your browser as described above.
